Isikuandmete kaitse Seri-Decos
EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) jõustub 25.5.2018.
Seri-Deco (SD) säilitab oma kliendifirmade kontaktisikute andmeid kliendiregistris. Registri peamine kasutse eesmärk on tellimuste vastuvõtmine ja arhiveerimine. Andmeid võime kasutada Seri-Deco Oy tegevuse arendmiseks ja statistika eesmärgil. Registri infot võime kasutada ka otsepostitusel või e-posti reklaamis ning kliendi tagasiside kogumiseks.
Isikuandmete kasutamise esmane põhjus on SD kliendi ja SD vaheline kliendisuhe, kliendi nõusolek või muu konkreetne seos. Seri-Deco järgib kõigis oma andmebaasides isikuandmete kaitse seadust ning andmeid säilitatakse nii kaua kui selleks on vajadust.
Registreeritul on õigus kontrollida, millised tema isikuandmed on kliendiregistrisse salvestatud, ning õigus nõuda andmete korrigeerimist või eemaldamist. Kõikides küsimustes palun võta ühendust klienditeenindusega info@spandex.ee.

Personal data protection at Seri-Deco
EU-wide General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from May 25th 2018 on.
Seri-Deco (SD) processes customer contact person’s personal data in CRM system. The primary basis for processing personal data is to process and archive customer orders. Data can be used to develop Seri-Deco's operations and for statistical purposes. The data in the SD register can also be used for direct marketing or digital advertising and collecting customer feedback.
The primary criterion for handling personal data is the customer relationship between the SD customer and SD, the customer's approval, a mandate given by the customer, or any other relevant connection. Seri-Deco complies with all the requirements of the data protection regulation in its own systems, and the data will be stored only as long as necessary.
The data subject is entitled to inspect which data concerning him/her has been recorded in Seri-Deco’s customer data file. The data subject is also entitled for correction or erasure of data.
